Born in Japan, Gudrun with her sly smile and sneaky eyes has a secret agenda to make things around her go wrong. Often mistaken for an innocent girl, she happily misuses this easy disguise to achieve chaos and fill her heart with havoc.

Hello, this is Gudrun, my favourite imaginary friend to draw. you can find all my Gudruns in the shop. i made my first illustration of Gudrun while travelling japan, listening to a audiobook in the car during our road trip I made a first draft of her. It must be somewhere on the highway near kumamoto.

I feel like a Gudrun sometimes when your brain thinks of mischievous things to create some chaos. often you don’t live out these thoughts and they drift by and away, Gudrun is a way for me to capture these moments and cherish the havoc that could have been created in everyday life.
